How to reserve

1. Email us at: gary@nendaz-apartment.com or call +44 (0) 7747 613 959 confirm your chosen week(s)

2. We will email you confirming whether the week(s) in question are availalbe and provide our Reservation Form, which will need to be completed and returned.

3.Once confirmed please complete the Reservation Form and return to us. Our full terms and conditions are included on this Form.

4.To guarantee your reservation please transfer the amount due as notified (see below).We will provide account money transfer details.

5.We will then email you confirmation details and then a week before you begin your holiday we will send details on what to do when arriving in Nendaz and at the Apartment.


Payment and Conditions

1.Reservations made more than 8 weeks before the holiday start date require a 30% deposit of the total rental fee paid in CHF, and wired to our account in Nendaz. We will confirm your holiday reservation in writing by return.

2.The balance of the payment is due not less than 8 weeks before your arrival date and must be paid in CHF into our account in Nendaz. 

3.Reservations made within 8 weeks of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

4.Deposit and taxes are then paid in CHF to our agent when you are there.

5.On arrival you will be required to pay a 250CHF deposit to our agent as security against damage and breakage to our agent. This will be refunded as appropriate at the end of your stay.

Please note that any transfers and/or FX commission fees are to be paid by you. If payment is not received by the due dates, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is immediately cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.


There are four basic rental rules:

1. Treat the property with respect

2. No pets.

2. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

3. No walking boots or ski boots inside, please bring footwear for inside as necessary
.

Cleaning

The Apartment is kept immaculately clean and you are responsible for cleaning it during your holiday. On your departure day our cleaner has six hours to check, clean the Apartment and change bed linen before the next guests move in. Cleaning equipment, cloths and materials are provided on a 'replace as use basis'.

Linen and Towels

The rental includes hand and bath towels, bed linen, duvet covers but not swimming towels. You should either bring your own swimming towels or hire them from the swimming pool. (Note the pool is only open in the summer)

Arrival & departure times

Change over day is Saturday - departures before 10:00am and arrivals after 3:00pm. If you arrive before 15:00 there may be a cleaner working in the apartment but you should be able to leave your bags in the ski room and go exploring. You must vacate before 10:00am so that the cleaner can start work.
